Electricity. Your new apartment has all electric heat and air-conditioning. This means you'll need to set up an account with Duke Energy, the local electric company. Their phone number is 1-800-521-2232.

Water. You'll also need water! This one is easy – we'll handle it all for you, and you'll pay us directly with your rent each month. $32.00/month for a 1 bedroom apartment, $37.00/month for 2 bedroom and $42.00/month for a 3 bedroom apartment.

Cable TV. Basic Cable Service is also provided by us, if that's what you want! Just make the arrangements with the office. Your cost is only $42.00/month. If you want Premium Cable channels, that can be arranged as well by calling Comcast (formerly Insight Communications) at 1-800-COMCAST (800-266-2278).

Broadband Internet. Who doesn't want a High-Speed Internet connection? All of our apartments are already wired, so you only need to request this service from the office, at $40.00/month.
